This week we kick off our study of Paul’s Letter to the Romans.  We will be reading Paul with the assistance of Beverly Roberts Gaventa’s sweet little volume When in Romans: An Invitation to Linger with the Gospel according to Paul.

Wednesday, April 4

Thursday, April 5
The EDOT campus missioners will be gathering for their spring meeting at the AD Bruce Religion Center from 10 am – lunch.  No Coffee on Canterbury on April 5 at TSU or San Jac.

Friday, April 6
Ladies’ Night, 7-8:30 pm

Ladies’ Night is a group for young women, which meets in homes on the southeast side of town. This semester we are looking at the stories of the women in the Bible who fly below the radar. What can we learn from these women and from each other that will change our own lives today?

Join the guys at the Episcopal Service Corps (ESC) house for some quality time and the beginnings of a new men’s group for Houston Canterbury. Dinner will be provided, and friends are welcome.
