Tuesday, February 28 – Shrove Tuesday.  We won’t have Grace Hour tonight, so that everyone can go to their parish Shrove Tuesday celebration.  Don’t have a parish?  Your parish doesn’t do pancakes?  Join The Rev. Eileen O’Brien and Alex Hillis at St. Mark’s, 6-8 pm (3816 Bellaire Blvd), for tasteful frivolity.

Wednesday, March 1 – Ash Wednesday
We will distribute ashes at Common Worship at 12:15 in the Meditation Chapel.  If you can’t make it to a service, drop by for prayer and ashes in front of the AD Bruce from 8-9:30 am.

Thursday, March 2:
7 – 10 pm: YA Community Night at the Island at St. Martin’s  Aside from YA Community Night’s usual charms (music, battles, basketball, soccer, and free food), you can always find someone to talk to about school stuff, tax stuff, and documents stuff.  Drop on by.

Sunday, March 5: Lent 1
Help us kick off a new student-centered worship service at St. Luke the Evangelist Episcopal Church, just across Scott Street from UH at 3530 Wheeler Ave.  Bring friends for the service at 6:30 and a delicious dinner at 7:30 pm.  This week, our food will be provided courtesy of the Abundant Harvest Food truck, a ministry of St. Isidore’s.  All are welcome, including non-students.
